Great stay.

Room was huge. Location was great- 2 steps from Vincom Dong Khoi. Air con works well. The bath was great and the bath handheld spray is really strong. I would highly recommend this hotel

the shower head was a spraying everywhere but not on me so I had a shower in the bath instead.

OK for solo traveller, but the hotel does not look like the pictures

- Location: this place is close to shopping/tourist streets (Dong Khoi, Nguyen Hue…) and you can have anything within reasonable walking distance. - Looks like they’re short on people since I only met one (30ish) male receptionist and maybe three other staffs during the 2 days I stayed there. The other staffs need some service training but the receptionist is exceptional, polite & helpful. - Room meets my basic needs (solo traveler). Bathroom is clean.

- The room and the entire hotel exterior do not match the fancy pictures. The hotel either is renovating or they use fake photos. The ground floor hall light is never on, even during the day; the receptionist has to sit at a desk at the side and not behind the counter; the hall is stuffed like a storehouse; no fancy restaurant. In fact the low ceiling & terrible (lack of proper) lighting gives off a gloomy vibe. - They don’t seem to have credit card POS terminals? I had to pay my rent and service charges all in cash. None of the staffs offered payments by online banking. Whether they have the authority to do so or not, it’s lazy service on their parts. - Room for single guest is has low ceiling and given the small space it can be quite stuffy. Don’t believe the pictures. - The hairdryer is quite hard to use.

This is a fantastic hotel, just has a lil problem w the connection

Its in the heart of district 1 and surrounded by many places like Vincom or Nguyen Hue walk street, just go by foot no need any vehicles. Save your money :)))
